Cancellation Policies:

The MTSA conference refund policy states that full refunds will be issued through January 15, 2023. Refunds requested after that date will be subject to a processing fee of $100.

The Radisson’s cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations will be accepted without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one (1) night room and tax. (MTSA has no control over the Radisson’s cancellation policy; please verify the policy directly with Radisson).
