A limited number of hotel rooms are being held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lansing, 111 N. Grand Ave., Lansing, MI 48933.
Reserve your room early to take advantage of the MTSA group rate of $125 per room (+ any additional state/local taxes).

- Once you select the room type, complete the Hotel Booking Form.
- For date adjustment needs, please change Check-in and Check-out date box at the top of site.
- The booking form will ask for the guest details and email address.
- Secure payment option is the section of the booking form that holds your credit card details. Input your credit card information.
- Once you have completed this step click the “Make Reservation” button and your reservation will be sent immediately to the Hotel.
To make room reservation by phone call (517) 482-0188 extension 1, and reservations can assist with securing rooms. It is important that each of your guests identify themselves as part of MI TRANSITION SERVICE, and give reservations the code MTS to receive the discounted group rate.
MTSA overnight guests receive 25% off of the valet parking or self-parking is available in parking structure adjacent to the hotel for a fee.

Cancellation Policies:

The MTSA conference refund policy states that full refunds will be issued through January 12, 2024. Refunds requested after that date will be subject to a processing fee of $100.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Lansing‘s cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate and dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service. Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation online.
